MINIMUM GUEST COUNTS

In order to provide great service to all of our customers,
we do require the following minimums.
Breakfast Hours Before 11:00 am
Monday – Saturday (Call for availability)
Lunch Hours 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
Monday - Thursday (25 person min)
Friday & Saturday (Call for availability)
Dinner Hours After 4:00 pm
Monday – Thursday (30 person min)
Friday & Saturday (50 person min)

*Our restaurant located down the hall from our banquet facilities can accommodate large parties also. Contact our restaurant for availability at 314-785-0481.
STANDARD SET UP
The standard set up in each room is 60 inch round tables set for up to 8 guests. We set each table with white or black linen tablecloths and white or black linen napkins. Additional color selections are available for an additional charge. All head tables, gift tables, and buffet tables are skirted.
CHINA
All banquets are served on our white china plates and are accompanied by silverware. For the evening events, the place setting also includes a glass goblet on the table and a glass coffee mug at the coffee station. This is available to you at no additional charge.

DECORATIONS
A 12” x 12” glass mirror is accented with a beautiful crystal candle centerpiece to create a warm ambiance to your evening event. If you have any additional centerpieces or favors you would like for us to set on the table, we can do so as long as it is provided to our staff ahead of time. Confetti and other decorations are not allowed unless specifically stated on your contract and discussed with us in detail. We do not allow anything to be attached to the walls or ceiling.
WEDDING CHAMPAGNE TOAST
Syberg’s provides a complimentary champagne toast for your wedding party’s head table.
BEVERAGE SERVICE
Glass goblets are included in all evening place settings. A self serve coffee station is available for your guests including glass coffee mugs and condiments. For lunch hours, a self serve beverage station including water and coffee are available with paper products. If additional beverages are desired, please request available beverage price list from a catering associate. Bar service is also available to our guests for additional fees.
HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
Syberg’s Catering at Dorsett is conveniently located on the north-east corner of Dorsett and 270 attached to the Best Western Hotel. For those out of town guests, our banquet facilities are just steps away from the Best Western Westport Park. The Hampton Inn is located behind us and Drury Inn Hotel is just across the street.

EVENT BOOKING

A $250.00 deposit and a signed contract are required to confirm a date in a single banquet room. A $500.00 deposit required for rental of two or more rooms.
HALL RENTAL

Syberg’s Catering includes up to four hours of room rental in the cost of your menu selections. We can accommodate any additional hours if needed. Please call for additional room rates. Syberg’s requires a full catering food service menu in order to utilize our banquet facilities. Syberg’s banquet facilities are open until 12:00 am.
BAR SERVICE
Syberg’s can provide an open bar service for you and your guests starting at a 3 hour minimum. House brand open bar service includes bottled Budweiser and Bud Light Beer, Bourbon, Scotch, Gin, Vodka, Rum, Peach Schnapps, Tequila, Boston Amaretto, Triple Sec, Merlot, Chardonnay, White Zinfendel and Cabernet Wines, Soda, Mixes, Juices, Sweet & Dry Vermouths and Garnishes.
Call brand open bar service is available at an additional 3.00 per person. Call brand open bar service includes bottled Budweiser and Bud Light Beer, Jim Beam, Dewars, Tanquerey, Absolute, Bacardi, Captain Morgan, Jose Cuervo, Boston Amaretto, Triple Sec, Merlot, Chardonnay, White Zinfendel and Cabernet Wines, Soda, Mixes, Juices, Sweet & Dry Vermouths and Garnishes.
We can also provide a wine and soda open bar for a very affordable price.
A host or cash bar is also available to our guests. A 150.00 bar set up fee is applicable, but is waived if bar sales exceed 250.00 in total sales. A bartender fee of 20.00 per hour, at a 3 hour minimum, is applied on all host or cash bars.
EXTENDED BAR SERVICE

House brand open bar can be extended for an additional 2.50 per person per half hour. Call brand open bar can be extended for an additional 3.50 per person per half hour.
GLASSWARE

Additional glassware can be provided at the bar for an additional 4.00 per person.

THE PARTY CONTINUES
Syberg’s banquet facilities at Dorsett close at 12:00 am Midnight. However, for those that would like to continue the fun, our bar located across the hall is open until 1:00 a.m. with live entertainment on the weekends.
